In Estonia, FELM works in collaboration with The Evangelical Lutheran Church in Estonia (EELK) where the focus of support is the development of the Church. EELK has requested FELM staff to contribute to this process of change by sharing their expertise, particularly in the fields of diaconia, children and youth community and missionary work.
FELM aims to strengthen the outreach of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Hungary by funding its Mission Society.

In Estonia, which is currently one of the most secular countries in Europe, FELM funds the Mission Centre of the Evangelical Lutheran Church. The Centre strengthens the capacity of Church leaders and members and investigates opportunities to send its members abroad for ministry and creates awareness of mission activities among local congregations.
FELM supports the Children and Youth Work Centre (Laste- ja noorsootöö Ühendus, LNÜ). Together with church members, the centre arranges, among other activities, child friendly, youth targeted church services, such as the Emmaus mass. In addition to funding, FELM provides the centre with staffing support and facilitates the creation of a network of children and youth group workers.
In Hungary, FELM funds the Hungarian Lutheran Mission Society. A new challenge is supporting the Fenno-ugric minority of the Church in Ingria in Russia. The Mission Society also works among Tamils in India. The aim is to support mission awareness within the Church in Hungary.
